Increased XY resolution

Increased XY resolution

Imaging large cleared samples (from several mm to cm) normally needs a large FOV to reduce capture time and computational post -processing. This results in loss of XY resolution on the edges of the image, because the sheet gets wider away from the center (waist). In order to achieve the same XY resolution for the whole large FOV, our QLS-scope includes a scanning light sheet in the X axis that moves the waist to cover the whole field of view.
