QLS-Clear
Our QLS-Clear is designed for automated optical clearing and immunostaining of large biological tissues, from millimeter-scale biopsies to entire mouse organs. By combining controlled reagent exchange, precise temperature and agitation, and software-driven protocols, the system delivers highly reproducible, hands-off clearing and immunolabeling — ready for light-sheet, confocal, or multiphoton microscopy.

Key Features
- Different large tissues can be processed (e.g. whole organs, embryos, etc.) with different methods
- Additional processing steps apart of the clearing (e.g. bleaching, decalcification, immunolabeling) can be integrated and performed automatically

- Be able to introduce a new sample while the system is running with completely different processing parameters than the samples running
